Shakespeare's 400th Birthday
The BBC is doing a big event for the occasion. Lots of famous people doing speaking and music bits in front of the Prince. It's very good. C has come down from bed and joined us. And is getting quite a well rounded education in acting, famous people, dance and music
No school today, so...
...Bring the kids to work. Sheringdale is back in session on Tuesday, so the kids spent part of Monday day at my work. Bella took them ice skating in the morning. And then they experienced the very trendy co - working space where one of my current projects is based- AltAssets . It has a ping-pong table and free beer for the adults. C also spent time with me last Friday as well at the other project- The Back Up Trust .
High Above the Cliffs of Maderia
The island has a fantastic viewpoint on the southern coast. The observatory which is 500 meters above the sea, reaches out over the cliff. And the floor is glass. C was enthusiastically jumping up and down, while the rest of us hung back a safe distance.
