Park, Park, Park & Park

We all went out for sushi to celebrate D's upcoming birthday. 

We're down at the Thursday night band-in-the-park, wandering around, eating ice cream!

We ventured into Chicago to see my niece Aleah Korpi.  She and D share the Finnish gene.  They hosted us to watch the fireworks off their balcony.

We arrived on the shores of Lake Michigan and hour ago.  Straight down to the beach for a swim.

Idoia is in town, so that called for steaks on the grill last night.

I journeyed the 5 hours down to Falmouth last week to get C.  I never leave Cornwall without a morning dip in the ocean.  Always a refreshing way to start the day.

Both kids were around yesterday, so we took a trip to outside Guilford to visit Michael's family plot.   Then off to the Onslow Arms for a great pub dinner.
