My Birthday Gifts' First Use
Foe my birthday, my parents gave me some beautiful engraved letterhead. Here is the first use- a letter from Dorothy to me.
Independence
We had a big weekend of independence around here. First, C had an opportunity to spend 15 minutes holding down the fort, while both Bella and I me were out of the house (D was at a birthday party). Second, after Taroh spent the night on Saturday, both boys journeyed up to the French Deli on their own to get pastries for breakfast. And Sunday evening, after tea, C and D went around the block, on their own, and on their bikes, in the twilight.
