C as Chef
C and I (as sous chef) smoked some chicken thighs and then deep fried them, like KFC. Turned out great.
C then went on to deep fry brownies for pudding!
All of this is his new found interest in cooking.
A Galician Food Experience
We walked three miles along the beach and through the woods to reach this place. Once there, we devoured barnacles, goat, fish, steak and razor clams. Washed down with coke, beer and regional white wine. And then grandma's chocolate cake, cheese and honey and coffees for the walk back.
