The Vicar Position
We’ve developed the feeding routine for Dorothy now. Of course, Bells does most of it, but I do a bottle feed in the middle of the night- usually 3-4 am. D will sit on my lap and drink about 3-4 oz.
As she works her way through it, her hands move slowly from down at her sides to fingers interlocked across her chest- like a Vicar praying.
Usually by then our respective sets of eyes are starting to close also.
